Delivering right quality made possible
We have established an audit wing within each internal department, working as an independent auditor responsible For ensuring strict adherence to quality codes, predefined departmental SOPs, comprehensive Functioning of
respective department and adequate hand over to the next division. The audit wing submits periodic reports on observations and findings related to quality to the QMS department for appropriate action.
1. Inward Inspection
When raw materials, packaging, or engineering goods arrive, they undergo inspection for production fitness, suitability and efficiency. We test the composition and properties of inputs to ensure that they meet the rigorous standards for production of our esteemed brands.
2. Production Testing
Our products manufactured under various brands are tested within our internal lab for excellence, desired parameters and specifications.
3. Delivery Inspection
Once our products are produced, they are packaged with utmost care and stored securely. Before dispatch, we conduct comprehensive tests with reputable third-party labs to double check the quality of every item leaving our facilities.
4. Feedback
Based on feedback from customers, our quality benchmarks are reviewed and evolved to meet their dynamic expectations and help them manage the economics of their output.
